After booking your virtual appointment either by calling or booking it online, you will receive an automated message confirming the appointment.

Whether you chose to scan or snap a photo of your documents, please ensure that the text is clear for your preparer to report accurate amounts and information.

Please send the documents required ahead of time to allow your preparer to be fully prepared for the virtual appointment and to have a well-ordered filing process.

1 hour before your scheduled virtual appointment, you will receive a ZOOM link for you to join the online meeting with your preparer.
